Recommend for a fleeting trip

Spacious room, spacious bathroom, with complimentary breakfast and free gated parking on-site made my stay very comfortable and convenient for exploring the city, which is just 15-20 minutes from the airport.

I had a fantastic stay here with a clean room and quick check-in. being just a short drive from the San Jacinto Battleground State Historic Site made my city strolls even more enjoyable, and I loved that Juan Seguin Historic Park was so accessible for a relaxing afternoon walk.

The indoor pool was super nice, and we loved the spacious room with a comfy king bed!

It was just a strong match for a mini-break over the weekend in Channelview with extraordinarily good value for money. The pool was a fun spot for the kids to splash around, though it could use some cleaning. Try to call ahead if you want to use the bar, as it wasn't open during our stay.

Comfortable Stay with Some Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our family trip and particularly loved the friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The kids had a great time at the pool, but it could use a thorough cleaning. Bringing more towels next time would enhance the experience, especially for families.

My kids wished the pool was cleaner and the bar was open. Having clearer info on amenities would help families plan better.

Couples looking for comfort

This hotel had a gated parking area which made us feel really safe. We loved the breakfast setup with those make-your-own waffles, just what you need after a long day.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but considering everything it was still okay.

Super Clean & Friendly Staff!

Had such a nice stay! The hotel was super clean, and I loved the gated entrance. Breakfast was pretty good, but my room could’ve used a bit more cleaning. There were some weird streaks on the walls and forgotten clothes in the bathroom. The night staff were awesome though, especially the front desk gal! Overall, a cozy spot.

Great indoor pool, but the wi-fi was unreliable at times.

this was my second stay in channelview, and the la quinta really exceeded my expectations! the room was cozy and well-maintained, making it a perfect budget option, and i appreciated the gated parking for extra security. the breakfast offered a nice selection of hot items, which was a pleasant surprise!

I had a great time in the King Room! The bed was super comfy, and the room was nice and clean. We even got a room on the quiet side, which was awesome for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was pretty spacious too. Breakfast was good and had a nice selection. Just a few minor issues, but nothing major.
